M-Bodi Dezigns Return & Refund Policy

At M-Bodi Dezigns, every item is made to order through print-on-demand production. This means that all products are unique, created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

When We Do Accept Claims

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error or is damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the issue. There is no need to return the damaged item.

  • If multiple products with the same design are affected, please include a photo (or video) showing all items together.

  • For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed items, please note there is a tolerance of up to 0.5” in print placement. Small variations like this are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow standard banking times for the refund to appear.

Wrong Size / Color or Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Orders placed in the wrong size, style, or color are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the package being unclaimed, you may choose a reprint (at an additional cost) or a partial refund.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right due to a production error or damage, we’ll make it right.
